CPU_Fan Header

Hello,
I recently purchased a GIGABYTE B550M DS3H Motherboard. After assembling the computer, it boots and loads fine but the CPU fan does not spin (confirmed it's connected to the CPU_Fan header) I tried another fan connected to the header and it doesn't spin. However when I connected to the SYS_Fan header the cpu fan starts spinning. I believe the CPU_Fan header is broken, are there any other troubleshooting steps I can take before I return the motherboard for a replacement?

Sounds like you've done everything you can to narrow it down to the CPU_FAN header being the issue. Verify the fans that failed on the CPU_FAN header all work on the SYS_FAN. If you have an AIO or W_PUMP header I usually test with these, as they're set to full speed and will rule out an issue where the board is undervolting the header. At that point, I would exchange the motherboard.
