Please Help!!!

I was installing windows 10 to my ssd and as it was restarting, I turned off my pc and now I have no idea what to do. ( I have an ASRock A320M motherboard)

You're probably going to be in a boot loop at this point. I would suggest just booting from the installation media, deleting the partitions that were created and starting the installation over again. Assuming this was originally a clean install. F11 is the key to show your boot menu list on ASRock boards. Tap or hold F11 on startup.
