My ASRPolychromeRGB.exe stopped working on my Microcenter build, how to re-install?

My G 706 Gaming desktop came with ASRPolychromeRGB pre-installed. It stopped working.
I un-installed.
How do I re-install?

Welcome to the forum @LitDad. Easiest way to reinstall Polychrome would be from ASRock's website: https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v1.0.60).zip. This is the latest version and should get your RGB control back up and running. Let us know if you have any questions.

So when I try to re-install, I unzip the folder and start the download and get an error screen that advises the file already exists? It will not allow it to be installed anyway. 
I'm not sure what is going on .

Is it saying there's a duplicate file, and giving you the option to either replace it or cancel? If so, I'd replace the existing files, then try and run the .exe inside the extracted folder. If it's not doing that, could you tell us the exact error message you're getting, or take a screenshot and post it?
