I've got the case. I am trying to figure out how to hook it up to my asus x570 tuf gaming plus wifi motherboard. I have a three button controller that came with the case, that was not included on the parts list, and I don't see any of the cables for connection the RGB controller pre-installed in the case to the motherboard.

The manual states there should be two RGB cables included in the accessores for LED sync. Listed as MB Signal Bridge cables. One for ASUS/MSI/Asrock and one for Gigabyte. Should be a 4 pin cable, with a missing pin for ARGB. On your motherboard, there should be a header on the top right labeled ADD_GEN2.

And neither of those cables were in the unit and there was a 3 button mechanism that was in the box that was not on the list of included items.

It does state the 4 pin PWM cable is already attached. This is for fan power only. I'm going to open a ticket for you and we'll get some more details. We can get in contact with your local store and verify what's going on here and makes sure it's taken care of.

I made it into the store today. We opened the only other unit they had in stock. It had the two cables and not the gen 1 controller. They gave me the cables and are returning the unit we took the cables from to the mfg
