Where are my scanned & downloaded items?

I do not have a scanned folder in my documents folder. I checked my pictures and downloaded folder and it is not there.

Do you have an all-in-one printer with a document scanner you're using? If so, there's going to be a default folder somewhere that all the scanned items will go to, but it's not always in the same place. What printer are you using?
