Who refurbishes MacBook 16"

Any idea if the refurbished MacBooks are Apple refurbs or by someone else?  Trying to decide if I'm willing to take the risk.

If the product specifically states something like "Apple Certified" refurbished, then that means Apple themselves have done the refurbishing and they back it with the standard 1 year warranty/support they would offer on a new product. 

If it doesn't say that and it lists the 90-day warranty, it would have been refurbished by somebody else. Unfortunately, there are different refurbishers and without actually seeing the box on the product, we wouldn't be able to say who refurbished a unit.
