Purchase Pick-up

Hello-
My Supervisor purchased a laptop for me to pick up. Is there someone we can speak with to authorize my ability to pick up since the order was placed in her name? My order is only confirmed through Friday and she lives out of state and isn't able to pick up by then. Or will we need to switch the order to delivery?

Hello @KrisSmiths! Welcome to the Community. 

Provided you have the order information available you can pick up the item. However, payment for pickup orders is actually finalized at the register in-store, so you would have to bring a form of payment with you. While we do take card information online, that simply puts a small hold on the card, it's not actually withdrawing any funds.
