Will needed software be installed before the computer leaves the store?

We have a service for getting a new computer or laptop set up with programs like Microsoft Office or an Antivirus however every computer that leaves will have an operating operating system and have the "needed" basics for just using a computer.

Unfortunately we do not do house calls. If you would like us to set up the system for you you can leave it with our service desk then pick up the system once it's done.

Does someone from the store come to the house to install or set-up the purchased computer and  later come to upgrade?
