Please help with selection of components for VR build

I am building a PC with my 11yr old son. the end goal is having a stable platform to rub Vive HTC VR set and play Fortnite, without breaking the bank. Here is our proposed build list....

Overall that's a solid build for VR. However, I'd definitely recommend getting faster RAM. That can make a big performance difference so it's absolutely worth the slightly extra cost. Ideally you'd actually want 3600 memory because that's the sweetspot for third generation Ryzen CPUs. 

You could also drop down to the normal Ryzen 5 3600 and save some money there as well. There's only a minor performance difference at best and you wouldn't really notice it anyway.
