Dell keyboard not working
I am having an issue on a refurbished Dell Latitude that I purchased two months ago. The whole keyboard that is not working. The mouse pad and cursor do work. I have tried to find a setting that may be causing the issue but have had no luck. Any thoughts on any settings to look through? I'm hoping this will not be a replacement issue.
I am able to connect a wireless keyboard and everything functions correctly.

The first thing I would try is reinstalling the keyboard drivers. Right click on your Start Button then go to Device Manager.
In Device Manager find the keyboard section and open the drop-down menu. Right-click any keyboards listed and select "uninstall device." When they're all gone, restart the computer and see if your keyboard is working again.
