PC Rig for GPU 3D Rendering/Animation

Curious if anyone see any issues with this build? Will mostly be used for high end 3D animation (GPU Rendering) and Motion Graphics & video editing. Thank you.

Is there a specific reason you went with Intel? Even if you're primarily doing GPU rendering, if you do anything that can heavily utilize muti-threaded CPU performance, I think it'd be well worth it to bump up to the Ryzen 9 3900X and pair it with an X570 motherboard around the $250 mark. It'd be about the same price overall as the 10700k + board you chose, but you'd get an extra four total cores so you'll get a massive boost in multi-threaded workloads vs the 10700k.

That PSU is also pretty crazy, but if you're specifically targeting 80+ titanium certification, you don't have much of a choice. If you're fine with going down to 80+ Platinum, you could save quite a bit on the PSU and even jump up to the Ryzen 9 3950X and you'd still be right about the overall same cost. You'd have double the cores at 16 with the 3950X. I'd do something like this:

1000W on the PSU is more than enough for a multi-GPU system, and if you're only running a single 2080ti will leave you a ton of power leftover. The NH-D15 will still be plenty of cooling for the 3950X.
