Need Help Choosing Parts

This is meant to be a multipurpose rig. I think the main functions will be:
1) Video Streaming (Zoom / Twitch (?) / Live Shows_
2) Video Editing
3) 3D CAD / 2D Cad / Revit
4) Maybe some gaming
I will probably have a 2-3 monitor setup.
My total is coming to ~2000. I would like to bring it down a bit to maybe ~1800. What do you think I should do? Am I missing anything important? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to bring down your cost is to go down to the Ryzen 7 3700X, because the 3800X doesn't really have any real performance improvement over it, and go with a cheaper motherboard. Unless there are specific features on that motherboard you need that you can't find on the cheaper options, you don't need to spend that much to get a decent board. If you're okay with going with an 80+ Gold power supply instead of 80+ Platinum, you can save some cost there as well. A nice 750W 80+ Gold PSU would be perfect for this kind of build.
