I wish to cancel an online, pickup in store, order. Unbelievable that there is no website function to cancel such an order. The website directs the customer to the chat function to cancel orders. I have tried to launch the chat function at different times of day over a couple days using three different browsers (on a Windows computer)--it does not launch. I'll just have to let the 3-day hold elapse. Dismal online experience.
This is directly on their website, it's auto cancelled if you don't pick it up.
