Monitor price-match request - RESOLVED

Hey all,
I was looking into how to request a price-match for a monitor (32" Samsung G7) that I purchased on 7/18/2020 for $799.99 (with 2-year plan) and is now down by $50. I saw another post where someone inquired about price-matching their iPad and someone here was able to assist.

The reason i'm posting here is that my local store has reached capacity for their on-hold phone system and online chat is also backlogged. I paid using a credit card and by using in-store picking reservation.

As an update, I was able to speak with someone via online chat who was able to assist - seems the request is now resolved but thank you and I will  leave this here for anyone who may have a similar question.

What they offered to do was send a note to the store I purchased my monitor at to request the difference be refunded to my credit card used to purchase. They also mentioned I will be receiving a confirmation email.
