Order online and shipping

Hi, I order an item online and was wondering how you're going to ship the item.   Does it go handle through fulfillment center only? and if the fulfillment center doesn't have the item in stock.  Do you direct ship the item from one of the store that have the item in stock?  and how what does the next day shipping do for me?

Please help me cancel my online order.   Store close to me just got them in inventory.  I will order and pick up from there.  thanks.

Hello @TT1! Welcome to the Community.

Online orders are handled through our distribution centers, we don't do direct shipping out of the stores. Was the order for an ASUS Zen Wifi Mesh system? If so, we can get that cancelled.
