Need Help Choosing Parts

what should I exchange for what? I’m on a budget and need one for school, any help/answers would be nice.

This build is solid for keeping it under $900, except one thing imo. 

I'd definitely look in the direction of getting a solid state drive.  If you replace the RAM in your config with SKU 348201 (G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8), that should shave about $50 off the RAM and you can replace the 2TB HDD with a Samsung 1TB SSD  instead.  The processor also comes with a stealth cooler already with pre-applied thermal paste so you could lose the heatsink kit & thermal paste you selected as well.

Sacrificing RGB and replacing 2TB HDD with a 1TB SSD puts you at
$884 + tax vs $845 + tax
