New to building, Need thought

I plan to live stream Nintendo Switch gameplay, along with going off on my iPhone. I'm also kind of on a budget. Would this work well for me or can I go a lesser expensive route? So let's see what we can do here without modifying the case.  The processor and motherboard are completely fine for streaming, but the one thing you will need to do is probably get a capture card like an El Gato PCIe card.

To try and shave some of the budget, let's go over the rest of the build:

I see you have two solid state drives selected, both an M.2 and 2.5" and a 1TB HDD.  With the combination of the pricing, I'd recommend just putting all that money towards 1 single SSD. 
Unless you plan to overclock, you do not need the AIO cooling kit and switching over to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB (included the RGB version in case you wanted some color in the build still) should provide ample cooling to the i3 processor.
Swapping out the AIO should also free up some money to put towards a more quality PSU like the Thermaltake Smart Series (SKU: 981142)

8GB should be sufficient enough to get your streaming going if you're just capturing gameplay from your Switch or iPhone but you will still need to purchase a capture card at some point.
