PowerSpec G705 freezing

Hey everyone!
Bought this open box Powerspec g705 for music production and it freezes mostly while I'm surfing the web.
With task manager running, nothing was over 10% usage, and I was literally scrolling through Google results.
Running Ableton Live with my scoring library? No problem at all.
Downloading 30-60 gbs? No problem.
What gives?

Does this only happen when you're web browsing, or has this occurred during other tasks as well?
Does it freeze and force you to restart, do you get any kind of error codes? Any extra detail you can provide would be helpful.
