3D printer won't startup

I purchased my 3D printer a while back and cant find the receipt, or remember if I purchased the additional coverage for it or not.  It won't boot and I would like to check out my options if I can bring it in for repair or exchange.

I looked up your email address and found a purchase for a Flashforge 3D printer from back in October 2018. I don't see a warranty with us on it so unfortunately we wouldn't be able to do anything as far as repairs are concerned. I would recommend reaching out to Flashforge directly to see if they can offer any assistance.

Please elaborate on what the printer is doing when you say that it won't boot. Is it showing you a splash screen but just hangs indefinitely?
