Need a solid budget monitor

Looking for a good budget monitor for mixed usage around $200.  I would like something similar to the specs on the AOC 24G2 1080P 144MHz IPS (Can't find this monitor anywhere without getting robbed for the cost).
CURRENT BUILD:
GeForce GTX 1660 Super GPU,
Asus X370 Pro MB (Bios 4801), Ryzen 5 3600, WD Black 1TB M.2, 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz, Dark Rock 4 Pro CPU cooler, Straight Power 11 650W Platinum PSU, NZXT H510i.  

Trying to build a solid 1080p gaming rig that will also double as a work desktop so I'm thinking either a VA or IPS panel to get better color accuracy.  Thanks in advance for your input.

Looks like the AOC 24G2 is a 24" 1080p/144Hz IPS monitor. This link will give you a list of other similar sized/refresh rate IPS and VA panel monitors available at your store:

I think any of these options should work well,  I don't have personal experience with them so you'll have to do some research. The VA panel monitors all seem to be curved, but otherwise there doesn't seem to be drastic differences between any of these besides them being VA vs IPS panels. Of the ones listed, I'd probably look at the MSI G241 or the Acer VG240Y first.
