installing a new fan on my G163

I just pickup my new powerspec G163 today and also bought a new cooling fan gonna use it as exhaust can someone give me some directions on how to hook it up? Fan I bought is NOTOS 120

Installing a fan is actually pretty easy. The side panels on this case are removable with some screws on the back of the system. One at the top and bottom corner of each side panel. Most fans will come with a set of screws you can use to attach them to the case, once you have the side panels off you just need to screw the fan in and plug it into the motherboard. There is one catch for this system though.
The motherboard in this system is an ASRock B450M/ac and it only has two chassis fan headers, and they're both occupied by the two case fans already included in this system on the front of the case. I've outlined the headers in the picture below:
In order to use another case fan you'll need to get a splitter like this:

Then plug that into the header, and then plug the fans into it.
