AMD CPU cooler help ?

I bought the ryzen 7 3700x with the DS3H bundle and the RGB on the wraith cooler doesnt seem to be working I keep getting the "Plugin your CM device to get started" Im using only the 3 pin / USB header and Iv'e tried both FUSB1 & 2 on the MOBO and it picks it up but as a keyboard? https://gyazo.com/c932623ed49d178eec389a8d0b2630f2
Im not sure if thats the problem or theres some driver issue or a manufacturer issue this is my first custom build PC so any help would be appreciated. I have tried numerous videos and discords going back and forth about this for the past 3 days .

this is ^ It just doesn't pick up I have the USB header plugged but the software doesn't pick it up

Have you tried any other RGB software like Gigabyte RGB Fusion? The Wraith Prism is compatible with other RGB software like that one, so I would definitely try it and see if you have the same issue. 

I would also definitely make sure you've installed all the drivers for your motherboard if you haven't yet.

All drivers are up to date, the RGB Fusion is horrible the RGB on the software hardly works I chose one color and it gives me a different color its weird.. but at this point Iv'e given up ill just buy a new cooler.
