I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

Looks like you're going for a maxed out gaming build there, so in that sense you've got everything you need except a 2080ti. You can drop that thermaltake CPU cooler since you have the H115i listed there and that thermaltake cooler is way underpowered for a 10900k.
At the kind of budget you're working with individual parts like motherboard, case, etc... are going to come down to personal preference.
