Home Gaming PC for 11 year old

Do you know what kind of games you're trying to play? The main thing I noticed is that you went with a Ryzen 7 3800X and a 1660 Super, you could easily go down to a Ryzen 5 3600 and upgrade your GPU which will give you a better all around gaming experience. You could also save a bit with a cheaper motherboard, and I'd recommend upping the RAM to DDR4-3600 speed since that's the sweetspot for Ryzen 3000 series. 

If you made the CPU and motherboadr change, you could upgrade the GPU to something like an RTX 2060, 2060 Super or RX 5700XT while staying within the budget.

Looks good, one thing though: you chose a 32GB kit of RAM, but 16GB is more than enough for gaming. Easy way to save money and not lose performance. 

Besides my comment about the option to go with a cheaper motherboard if you want, I don't have any complaints about the build really.
