Need Help Choosing Parts

 I am trying to build a computer for my high school son. This computer is not for gaming. He said he wants to do something on YouTube to make some money on the side. I don't know a lot about computer and I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. I appreciate any help/guidance and suggestions on how to build a better system.

When you say it's not for gaming, do you know what it will actually be used for? I would assume if this is going to be YouTube related it's likely video editing or something along those lines, so if there's any extra detail you can provide that would be helpful. Also, is $1400 about the budget you're working with?

It is for video editing and I did not selected other components because I don't know it would be needed it or not (not counting monitor/keyboard/mouse). $1700.00 is my budget. Thx.

So I dropped the RAM from 64GB to 32GB since rendering videos doesn't need more than 32GB of RAM.  I also added an M.2 Solid State Drive to the build to provide a very fast start up and the drive itself is very fast.
