Wondering how smoothly this pc would run engineering programs, as well as games such warzone and modern warfare, and applications like photoshop and illustrator. Also would like suggestions on a good budget monitor probably maxing at $100 for the monitor. If there are other parts that are more budget friendly that could work just as well and that you would recommend please do, thanks.

    Greetings,
It's a solid build in the $800 price range and it'll run fine for gaming, on high settings at 1080P. With the engineering programs, you'll generally be alright, but will vary based on the programs and their system requirements. AutoCAD as an example should be fine. Solidworks is a bit harder to say, it benefits so heavily from workstation (Quadro) cards.

Could you tell me if a GTX 1650 super GPU would still be able to run everything as well as the 1660 GPU. Since the 1650 is more would reduce the price a good bit would it be a better option. Without decreasing the quality too much?

I couldn't answer that without knowing what programs you're using. What programs are you using?

You would take a significant performance hit in gaming. 40-50%. Pretty big in the Adobe programs as well, and any program that supports hardware acceleration.
