Monitor randomly black screens when game is running

So ever since i took my graphics card out to cable manage my monitor will randomly black screen for 3-5 sec whenever a game is running. Its even worse on other games like Valorant and makes it unplayable, it seems to only happen when loading is happening. Like for instance whenever I load into a round or click something on the menu it goes black but once im in game and playing its totally fine. I cannot figure this out please help.
my graphics card is a 2080TI and monitor is a ASUS VG278Q 144hz

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the video drivers for your card? Driver issues can often cause problems like these.

I would definitely double check and make sure the card is seated properly in the socket and that the power cords are plugged in snugly, along with your monitor cables.
