Motherboard return
I have upgraded my motherboard with a GigaByte Z490 Aorus Pro AX. Installed a second graphics card in the PCIe x8 slot. Was expecting to use CrossFire on the motherboard as stated in the manual. The Windows driver software does not recognize the second graphics card. The BIOS does not report the card installed in the PCIe x8 slot. GigaByte Technical support suggested removing the motherboard and testing the motherboard on a cardboard box. If that doesn't work, return the motherboard.
My receipt is a little more than 30 days ago. Can I still return it as defective?

Hello @Ref3
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return as it is outside the 15 day return period and the extended 30 day return period we do for a case by case basis. More information on our return policy can be found here.
My best recommendation is claiming an RMA with Gigabyte as it is within the manufacturer warranty period.
