Do I want DDr4 3200 or DDr4 3600 ram
Going for amd cpu and gpu. Trying to decide what I need

The difference isn't to crazy between them. You are likely to notice it on 1st/2nd Gen Ryzen Processors. It's a bit let noticeable on 3rd Gen Ryzen and Intel shouldn't really matter. This has no impact on your GPU pick.

Thinking I’m gonna go Ryzen 7 3700x for my cpu. Would one of those be better or more future proof? Just wanna know if it’s worth the extra money or not needed at this point.

With it being an AMD 3700x it would not be noticeable between the 3200 to 3600. I would recommend going with the 3200 to save money.
