I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

Nothing wrong with the build. Good power supply, Tomahawk Max is well regarded for offering a great VRM at the price. I'd go faster on the RAM and aim for 3600 if you can get a good deal. CL16. With the NVME drive, the pricing for a drive using QLC NAND seems high, seems like there may be better options out there utilizing TLC.
