RealTek Audio Install Help!

I recently built my PC and I do not have the RealTek audio manager installed. All my previous computers have had it and this one doesn't. Not sure if this is the cause to my issue which is static constantly in my headphones (they work on every other computer I have tried). I have ASUS TUF x570 Motherboard. Not sure if I didn't properly plug in a wire or what is going on. Saddening to have built a PC and not use it yet because the audio quality is so bad, please help!
