Is this a good build

It's a solid build in that price range. Strix-F is a good board, the 3600 will pair well with the 1660 Super. The power supply is more than adequate. I have the LanCool II case and think highly of it. RAM and I won't go too deep into this, but you'll see a lot of information here and there in my comment history. We try to hit 3600 on Zen 2, because we can. So you have affordable DDR4-3600 as an option, go for it. It's not the end of the world if you don't.
