I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

I like your build overall. You made good decisions with your component selections for the price. The only thing I'll point out here is the SATA III drive over an NVME drive. It's won't add much to your cost, and you're going to get possibly 6 times the read speeds and four times the write speeds at peak.
