Is it too much?

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. 
I want to show my kids how to put together a PC and have a little fun with it. We will be using the system for video editing and some gaming, though most of the time it will be my son's workstation for remote learning. This is going to be a great build for the price. You could potentially save a little by switching power supplies to a similar supply such as https://www.microcenter.com/quickViewConfigurator2020/485312/powerspec-650-watt-80-plus-bronze-atx-semi-modular-power-supply# but it really depends on the stock of your local store. Could do the same with the motherboard but stock varies so this may be hard to pull off.

The only other thing I'd suggest unless you already have more storage is that 500gb can be quite small for gaming & video editing, so you may want to consider adding more storage, but that can be done at any time.
