New Acer EK240Y screen flickering

It's flickering rapidly like a strobe light. I've tried different HDMI cables and plugging it into two different machines, no change. Refresh rate on monitor shows 60 and it's set on that on the PCs too. No change. Is it defective?

Yes, if you've ruled out the cables and the system as a problem. You've confirmed on both you're set to the manufacturers resolution and refresh rate, then it is the monitor. We do have a 30 day return policy, please bring it in for an exchange. -
