$1500 to $1600 build ....
Options
I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

What's going to be the primary use for this PC? If you're just gaming, the 3900X is pretty overkill for your CPU as it's targeted more towards multi-threaded workloads like video editing and 3D rendering.
For less you could get a Ryzen 5 3600 and have basically the same gaming performance, and then upgrade your GPU to a 2070 Super. -

I agree with TSTonyV's recommendation, the 3900X is pretty overkill if all you are looking to do is gaming. I also did notice a lack of Windows 10 in the case you forgot it.
