Had me worried there with the 1660 Super choice for a second! 

Is there anything specific that's heavily multi-threaded you plan on using the system for like 3D rendering? Live streaming is a task that likes cores and threads, but there's a point of diminishing returns. You can certainly game and stream on a threadripper, but if the most demanding thing you were going for was gaming and streaming a chip like the Ryzen 9 3950X would've been a better option.  Sick build all around either way.
