do you think the price on the 3900x will drop on November 5th on the release of the 5600x

The 5600X is supposed to be priced at $299.99, so I'd switch out the 3900X for a 3800X. That would be the most accurate replacement, as far as cost goes. Your selection of parts here will do well for what you mentioned. 👍

I am looking to upgrade my motherboard and CPU, I have a Radeon rx 5700 xt. I was thinking about getting an Asus tuf gaming x570 plus motherboard, but I'm not sure if I should get the Ryzen 5 5600x or the Ryzen 7 3700x? I am looking to play games at 1080p with high framerates, use CAD software, and video editing with Premiere Pro. Let me know if there is a better mother board. Thank you

It's possible. I'd expect that it will in the future, but I couldn't guess when that will happen.
