Changing shipping option

I ordered a monitor (order#: 10876400) and want to change the shipping from standard to 2 day delivery. Can I receive some help on how to do this?

I ordered a monitor yesterday but today I was trying to change the shipping option to 2 day shipping. but instead of waiting I was going to re order the same monitor but I didn't get the option to change the shipping. so can someone help me change the shipping option for my first order and then cancel my second order?

my order# is 10876400 for my first order and my second order# isn't available yet since I just order it

Hello @mitchell6130! It looks like the order was shipped out this morning and unfortunately we cannot change the shipping option on an order that's already been placed. Looks like the ETA is Tuesday by the end of the day. I can get that second order cancelled for you though since the item has not been sent yet. If you REALLY need two-day shipping, you can place another specifically with-two day shipping and then if you can refuse the package for the original order, it will be sent back to us.

@TSTonyV okay ill probably wait till Tuesday but if you could cancel the second order and I get my refund that would be great

or could I Get the second order placed under 2 day delivery? then I would just have to refund the first order and return it

nevermind could you just cancel my second order and that'll be all I will wait till the 2nd for my first order
