Arranging for a payment and pickup.

I live in California and have been looking everywhere for this product:

The Tustin store closest to me does not carry it.  
Micro Center does not ship this item, only pick up.
I have found the item in stock in the store in Madison Heights Michigan.
I have found someone there who is traveling west and could pick up the item for me.
My problem:
I can order the item online but it states that I need to show up in person with the card used to order.
I have attempted to reach the manager at the Madison Heights store but it seems pretty much impossible to find a local number where I can talk to someone in the store.
I would like to purchase it with my card online and have my delivery person pick it up.  I can email pictures of my drivers license and card used, front and back.
Can I arrange this?

Any item being purchase in-store is paid for at the time of pickup. While somebody else could pick up the item provided they have all the order information on hand, and you can use a different form of payment at the register, that form of payment still has to be provided by whoever comes in and in the case of a credit card, their name has to be on it.
