HP Omen Screen Damage

If I purchased the full service warranty from MicroCenter when I bought an HP Omen, then I went to Indiana for school and caused screen damage in the covered period, could I mail the laptop into the store or would I need to drive to a store? The closest store is more than two hours away.

If you purchased an accidental damage protection plan on the system, then we can send a box/label out to you so you can ship it back to the nearest Micro Center location for service. I'm going to send you an email follow-up request about this, please respond when you have the chance!
