Powerspec or custom build

Hey guys new to the PC gaming community, wanted to ask a question. Can I build a better PC with a $900 budget then the Powerspec G163 ($799)?

Came in at $807, minus the OS license. Didn't sacrifice anything like storage or RAM. RAM I chose is faster at 3600. PSU is a 650W unit. Better board in my opinion. The 1660 super is a good improvement over the 580.
