NZXT H510 ATX Case - MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX Motherboard error

I am looking to make my first PC, and I used PCPartPicker to gather my list of items I would want. On the bottom I get this note: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case has a front-panel USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port, but the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard does not have sufficient USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Gen 1 headers. The case USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port will not be usable.

Front-panel USB-C headers are not available on all motherboards, so if you were to use the H510 with that motherboard, you won't be able to plug in the USB-C cable. The regular USB 3.0 Type-A port you will be able to use. 

If you want to have that USB-C on the case available, I'd personally recommend this board:

Hi, Sorry for the late response, but I'm desperate. When you said, "Front-panel USB-C headers are not available on all motherboards, so if you were to use the H510 with that motherboard, you won't be able to plug in the USB-C cable." That sparked my interest. Recently, my USB C doesn't work on that same motherboard and case. I recall using it on the front panel, contrast to what everyone was saying (You can't use the front panel with that motherboard) Because I used the front panel, does that mean that I won't be able to use the USB C again?
