MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX motherboard M.2 Slot question

I am new to PC building and I'm looking to make my first PC at 14. I used PCPartPicker to gather my list of items and I get this message along with others? The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

Here is my list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/q2D2p8

Any help in understanding this would mean so much to me! God bless and thank you.

All this means is if you use an M.2 drive in the board, some of the SATA ports are automatically disabled because they share the same lanes/resources so only one or the other could be used. It's not a problem, just how a lot of motherboards are designed.

If you have an M.2 drive and are planning on using SATA devices like a hard drive or a DVD drive, you just need to make sure you don't plug them into the disabled SATA ports. Which ports are disabled will be listed in the motherboard manual. For this board it's SATA ports 5 and 6.
