I’m trying to make a gaming PC my budget is 300$ And I don’t care how it looks as long as it works. And if possible I want enough money to get Micro center to help build it

That budget is just too low for a gaming PC unfortunately, even if you were planning on building it yourself.
The bare-minimum you would need for a "gaming" PC would by a Ryzen 3 3200G or Ryzenn 5 3400G because they come with decent integrated graphics that can handle very light games so you can build without a dedicated video card. But even if you were to get the 3200G, you'll still hit that $300 wall very quickly even if you go with a super cheap case, RAM motherboard, and power supply. And if there's one thing I absolutely am not comfortable recommending cheaping out on, it's the power supply.
If at all possible, it'd be best to try and up that budget.
