Need Help Choosing Parts

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. I'd like some rgb lighting so my pc looks cool, but since my budget is $1200, I'm not sure if that's possible. Any advice is appreciated:)

There are some ways to add RGB into your build, but there's a premium you have to pay for it. Without any RGB added I'd say you have a good build put together, the only thing I might change is going for the Ryzen 5 3600 instead of the 3600X, and maybe a cheaper motherboard to get under that $1200 target. 

If you do want to add RGB, then I might suggest going with an RX 5700XT for your GPU to save some cost, then you could switch to the Ryzen 7 3700X which somes with the Wraith Prism RGB cooler, or add an RGB cooler in like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black. You can also do RGB RAM, though it'll be more expensive for the same speed as non-RGB.

the builder says that the R5 3600 isn't compatible with my build, can you confirm?

The Ryzen 5 3600 is compatible with any of the B450, B550 and X570 AMD motherboards we have. Sometimes the builder flags things that are actually compatible, as long as you're on one of those three chipsets you'll be fine.
