Upgrade and Maintaince cost

Since the new 3090 coming out next month, I want to be getting my computer ready for it. Since I'm going to be busy with work soon, I won't have time to fix what I want to be done. So can microcenter do what listed below and how much it would cost?
-Apply Fresh thermal paste and replace the two 140mm from the corsair H100i with some QL 140mm that I already have and add 3 120mm fans in front of the case.
- Fix my horrible cable management with some individually sleeves cables and have an extra 8 pin cable ready for the 3090.
-Possibly upgrade my PSU from 750 to 850
