I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

I noticed you didn't include a GPU in the build. Do you have one already, or were you not doing work that can take advantage of GPU acceleration?
If what you're doing is something that can take advantage of GPU acceleration, I would definitely recommend adding one in as it can be a big performance increase.
