Headset Exchange?
Hi, I bought a Red Dragon Zeus2 headset yesterday and noticed a dead zone in the right ear (I have to fiddle with it before the volume works). I understand that there is a no-refund policy on headsets right now due to covid-19 precautions, but the product is defective and I would like to get a replacement. What is the policy on item replacement or even repair?
