Looks like a pretty solid build all around, I assume the case and CPU cooler you either have already or are ordering somewhere else?

Just to make sure I throw it out there, with the RTX 3000 series around the corner I'd definitely keep an eye out for the RTX 3070 at the $500 price point, or for price drops on other cards like the 2080ti to see if they fall down to that range since the next gen cards are shaping up to be a big improvement from what we've heard so far.
